Overview

Integuru provides production-ready HTTP API access to Mindbody. The actions listed on this page are currently supported by Integuru.

The six actions authenticate with a Mindbody consumer login and cover the marketplace search behind mindbodyonline.com/explore (search_studios, search_class_times, search_deals, search_virtual_courses) plus the signed-in account (get_user_info, list_my_bookings).

Does Mindbody have a public API?

Mindbody publishes a documented REST API, but production access requires completing the Mindbody App Partner enrollment program: application review, a partnership agreement and compliance checks before any real business data is reachable, with rate limits that tighten at the tiers most teams are approved for. Integuru's six Mindbody actions authenticate with your own Mindbody login and need no partner enrollment.

Marketplace search. Every search takes a latitude, longitude and optional radius_meters (default about 25 miles) and pages with page_number and page_size up to 50. search_studios filters by category_types (Fitness, Beauty, Wellness). search_class_times takes a start_time_from and start_time_to window in ISO 8601 UTC, optional categories and subcategories, and a virtual switch for in-person, online or both. search_virtual_courses is the online-only equivalent, and search_deals returns intro offers per studio.

Signed-in account. get_user_info returns the consumer profile, and list_my_bookings returns upcoming or past class, appointment and waitlist bookings for that account, bounded by since and until.

What is not live. Studio-side operations (a client roster, creating or cancelling appointments, membership contracts, staff schedules) are not in the verified catalog. They sit behind a business login rather than a consumer login, so the Managed Service scopes them against a Mindbody business account you control.

Setup Notes

Configure Mindbody credentials in Integuru once. Integuru manages authentication and session handling for subsequent API calls.

Searches are geographic: pass latitude and longitude in decimal degrees and radius_meters (default 40233.6, about 25 miles). Time windows are ISO 8601 UTC, and start_time_to must be after start_time_from. list_my_bookings takes direction (upcoming or past) and the include_classes, include_appointments and include_waitlist switches.
