Tock API

Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for Tock, the reservations and experiences platform, for dining concierge agents and hospitality apps acting on a guest's own account. 13 verified actions cover venue search by city, metro area, cuisine and award, venue detail, experiences, available dates and availability by party size, and the signed-in guest's reservations, playlists, achievements, preferences and profile.

Tock integration guide

Does Tock have a public API?

Tock publishes API documentation for venue operators: a data exports API delivering reservation and guest data twice a day, and a guest profile ingest API. Neither covers what a guest does in the app. Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for Tock from a guest's own login, with 13 verified actions across venue search, availability, experiences and the signed-in guest's reservations, playlists and profile, which is the surface a dining concierge or travel agent product actually needs.

| | Tock published APIs | Integuru for Tock | |---|---|---| | Acts for | The venue | The guest | | Covers | Twice-daily reservation and guest exports, guest profile ingest | Venue search, availability, experiences, the guest's reservations and lists | | Authentication | Operator credentials | The guest's own Tock login |

What you can do with the Tock API

A concierge agent asked for a tasting menu for four next Saturday within a metro area runs four calls: find candidate venues, read each venue's experiences, check open dates, and confirm a slot. The actions map one to one.

Find venues

  • list_tock_metro_areas returns metro areas, filterable by query, active_only and featured_only.
  • search_tock_businesses searches by query with city, country, cuisines and award arrays; search_tock_restaurants_by_city lists venues for a city_slug.
  • get_tock_venue returns a venue by venue_slug.

Check what is bookable

  • list_tock_venue_experiences returns the experiences a venue offers.
  • list_tock_venue_available_dates returns open dates for a venue_slug, party_size and optional experience_id.
  • get_tock_venue_availability returns slots between start_date and end_date for a party_size.

Read the guest's account

  • list_my_tock_reservations returns the guest's bookings, with include_cancelled and pagination.
  • list_my_tock_playlists, get_tock_playlist, list_my_tock_achievements, list_tock_preference_options and get_my_tock_profile return saved lists, achievements, preference options and the profile.

Who uses this

AI dining concierge products run search_tock_businesses and get_tock_venue_availability on the guest's behalf, with the guest's own credentials, and hand back a shortlist with real open slots rather than a link to go and check. Travel and hospitality apps sync list_my_tock_reservations into a trip itinerary next to the same guest's bookings from the TableCheck and Resy pages. Guest-experience teams at restaurant groups use the venue and experience actions to monitor how their own venues appear and which experiences show availability. The restaurants industry page covers reservations as part of the guest workflow.

Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against exploretock.com with the guest's Tock account, so every my_ action returns that guest's data and nothing else. venue_slug is required on the venue actions and comes from the search results. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; party_size is an integer. Paginated actions use page and page_size.

Get started

Install the CLI and connect a Tock login:

npm install -g integuru

Or sign in at app.integuru.com, add Tock, and call the same 13 actions from the dashboard. For booking or cancelling a reservation on the guest's behalf, the Managed Service scopes and builds those write actions against the account.

Good to know

Before you start

Can I use it today?
Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live Tock traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your Tock account, and start calling the endpoints.
What if Tock changes or breaks?
On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
What does it cost?
Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
