VergeSense API
Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for VergeSense, the workplace occupancy platform, covering the Predictive Planning peak demand forecast that sits outside the standard occupancy API. 1 verified action returns the forecast for a named building over a date window, for workplace and real estate teams planning space against predicted demand, with further actions available on request.

Don't see the action you need?
The actions above cover the most common VergeSense integration patterns, but they're not the full picture. Integuru can build additional workflows for any capability the platform exposes. Our Managed Service handles scoping, building, and maintaining custom actions on your behalf, so just let us know what you need.

Does VergeSense have a public API?
Yes. VergeSense publishes a REST and analytics API plus webhooks for occupancy data: buildings, floors, spaces, detections and occupancy metrics. Predictive Planning is a separate product built on the Large Spatial Model, which VergeSense offers via API to technology partners rather than in the standard developer docs. Integuru's verified action reads that forecast from your own VergeSense login.
| | VergeSense developer API | Integuru for VergeSense | |---|---|---| | Access | API key issued by VergeSense | Your own VergeSense login | | Covers | Occupancy metrics, spaces, detections, webhooks | The Predictive Planning peak demand forecast per building | | Best for | Historical and real-time occupancy pipelines | Feeding the forecast into planning tools without a partner agreement |
What you can do with the VergeSense API
peak_demand_forecast takes a building_name, matched case-insensitively against the buildings in Predictive Planning, and an optional window (date_from defaulting to about three months back, date_to to about 52 weeks ahead). Workplace teams feed the forecast into desk-booking caps and lease decisions, and real estate analytics tools join it to the historical occupancy they already pull from the official API. The real estate industry page covers occupancy and property systems together.
Setup notes
Integuru authenticates against cloud.vergesense.com with your VergeSense user. building_name is the only required parameter and must match a building in Predictive Planning, not just in the occupancy dashboard.
Get started
Install the CLI and connect your VergeSense login:
npm install -g integuru
Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add VergeSense. To bring scenario comparisons or breakpoint analysis from Predictive Planning into the same workflow, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.
Good to know
Before you start
- Can I use it today?
- Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live VergeSense traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your VergeSense account, and start calling the endpoints.
- What if VergeSense changes or breaks?
- On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
- What does it cost?
- Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
