Zillow API

Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for Zillow, covering the signed-in account and market views that the official Bridge Interactive route gates behind MLS relationships and use-case approval. 4 verified actions read the account overview and saved homes, resolve a free-text location to a Zillow region, and return market trends for a city, ZIP, neighborhood or county, with further actions available on request.

Does Zillow have a public API?

Zillow's original public API closed in 2021. Official access now runs through Bridge Interactive: MLS listing feeds require a broker or MLS relationship, and Zillow's own datasets (public records, Zestimates, market metrics) are open to apply for, with approval at Zillow's discretion after a use-case review. Nothing official exposes a signed-in user's saved homes. Integuru's 4 verified actions read the account and market views your own Zillow login already sees.

| | Bridge Interactive | Integuru for Zillow | |---|---|---| | Access | MLS or broker relationship for listings; application and approval for Zillow datasets | Your own Zillow login | | Covers | MLS feeds, public records, Zestimates, market metrics | Account overview, saved homes, location resolution, market trends | | Best for | Approved data partners and brokerages | Buyer-side tools and dashboards working from a connected account |

What you can do with the Zillow API

Account. get_account_overview and list_saved_homes take no parameters and return the signed-in user's overview and saved (favorited) homes.

Location and market data. resolve_location turns a free-text query (city and state, ZIP, neighborhood, county or street address) into ranked Zillow regions, up to 12; limit defaults to 10 and the autocomplete service never returns more than 12. get_market_trends takes a location in the same forms and returns the trend data for the best-matching region.

Who uses this

Proptech teams building buyer-side tools read saved homes on behalf of the user who connected the account. Market analytics dashboards resolve a location once, cache the region, and pull trends on a schedule. Research teams pair these actions with Zillow's free research downloads where aggregate data is enough. Teams reading AppFolio or 10Ninety through Integuru get the same auth model, and the real estate industry page covers property management as a whole.

Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against www.zillow.com with the connecting user's own Zillow login. limit on resolve_location must be an integer between 1 and 12; booleans and numeric strings are rejected. Saved homes belong to the connected account, so each end user connects their own.

Get started

Install the CLI and connect your Zillow login:

npm install -g integuru

Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add Zillow. To bring saved searches, listing detail or agent-side views into the same workflow, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.

Good to know

Before you start

Can I use it today?
Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live Zillow traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your Zillow account, and start calling the endpoints.
What if Zillow changes or breaks?
On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
What does it cost?
Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
