ActivityHero API
Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for ActivityHero, the marketplace for kids' camps, classes and after-school activities, for parent apps and assistants that plan a child's schedule. 19 verified actions run on your own parent login: search activities and providers, read sessions, locations, reviews and Q&A, manage saved lists, and list your children, registrations and messages.

ActivityHero integration guide
Does ActivityHero have a public API?
Only for providers. ActivityHero documents APIs for the businesses that list on it: a registration API that syncs sign-ups into a provider's own database or an automation tool, and a schedule API that pushes a provider's sessions into ActivityHero. Nothing is offered to families or to apps acting for a parent. Integuru's ActivityHero integration provides 19 verified actions over direct HTTP requests, authenticated with your own ActivityHero parent account.

What you can do with the ActivityHero API
Find a camp or class. search_activities takes a free-text query, activity_types (Camp, Class, Event, Online), child ages, categories such as Soccer, Coding or STEAM, and a location as city and state or as latitude and longitude with radius_meters. page is 1-based (the conversion to the search index's zero-based paging happens inside) and hits_per_page sets the page size. get_activity_detail takes an activity_id, get_activity_session_detail takes an activity_schedule_id for one session, and list_similar_sessions takes a schedule_id and returns alternatives when the session a parent wanted is full.
Check the provider. search_providers takes a required query; send latitude and longitude too, or the platform returns only id and name. get_provider_detail takes a provider_id. list_provider_locations pages a provider's locations (per_page up to 100, or all for one response, include_online on by default). list_provider_past_activities walks history in fixed windows of 10 via offset. list_provider_reviews returns the whole review set and trims locally with limit and offset, reporting total_count; list_provider_questions returns the provider's public Q&A, optionally for one activity_id.
Keep a planner. list_my_favorites returns the account's saved lists. create_saved_list takes a list_name, rename_saved_list and delete_saved_list take a saved_list_id, and add_saved_list_item and remove_saved_list_item take a favorable_id with a favorable_type of activity (the default), a session or a provider. Lists belonging to other accounts return 404; the default list cannot be deleted.
Your family. list_children returns the children on the account, list_my_registrations the account's registrations, and list_provider_message_threads the inbox (limit 1 to 100), or one thread's messages when thread_id is passed.
Registering a child is built on request through the Managed Service.
Who uses this
Parent apps that plan summer run search_activities with activity_types: ["Camp"], a child's age and a week's dates across ActivityHero and Sawyer at once, and file the shortlist with add_saved_list_item so it shows up in the parent's own ActivityHero planner too. Assistants built on the AI agents pattern go a step further: when get_activity_session_detail shows a full session, the agent calls list_similar_sessions and offers the alternative in the same turn. Families with several children keep list_children and list_my_registrations synced to a shared calendar.
Setup notes
Integuru authenticates against www.activityhero.com with the parent's own credentials and returns that account's children, registrations, saved lists and messages, plus the catalogue any signed-in parent can search. Ids are numeric; activity_schedule_id accepts an integer or a numeric string. Send coordinates with search_providers whenever you need more than a name.
Get started
Install the CLI and connect your ActivityHero login:
npm install -g integuru
Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add ActivityHero. To add registration, the Managed Service scopes and builds it against your account. The integrations catalogue lists every live platform.
Good to know
Before you start
- Can I use it today?
- Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live ActivityHero traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your ActivityHero account, and start calling the endpoints.
- What if ActivityHero changes or breaks?
- On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
- What does it cost?
- Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
