CarrierEnterprise API
Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for CarrierEnterprise, the HVAC distributor whose customer portal at carrierenterprise.com carries the product catalogue and branch inventory, for procurement and field service tools. 4 verified actions search products, list categories and their products, and return inventory status by SKU with a branch-level breakdown, with further actions available on request.

Does CarrierEnterprise have a public API?
CarrierEnterprise does not publish a customer-facing developer API for its catalogue and inventory; contractors see that data by signing in to carrierenterprise.com. Integuru's 4 verified actions give your customer login direct HTTP access to product search, the category tree and branch-level inventory status, returned as structured data with no browser session to maintain.
What you can do with the CarrierEnterprise API
Catalogue. search_products takes a free-text query (keyword, part number or brand) with a 0-based page and a page_size of up to 200. list_categories returns the category tree, and list_category_products walks one category_id from it with the same pagination plus an optional query to narrow within the category.
Inventory. get_inventory_status accepts either an items array or a single sku with an optional catalogue type. Set inventory_level to 'detail' for the selected branch plus the regional branch breakdown, or 'simple' for a lighter summary when you only need an in-stock answer.
Who uses this
Procurement tools for HVAC contractors check availability across branches before a technician is dispatched. Field service platforms attach a live stock check to the work order so the office knows whether the part is on the shelf. Teams that already read F.W. Webb or Arrow through Integuru get the same response shape and one on-call maintenance contract across all three distributors.
Setup notes
Integuru authenticates against www.carrierenterprise.com/sign-in with your CarrierEnterprise customer user. Page indexes are 0-based and page_size is capped at 200 by the upstream API. On get_inventory_status, provide either items or sku; the single-SKU form is ignored when items is present.
Get started
Install the CLI and connect your CarrierEnterprise login:
npm install -g integuru
Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add CarrierEnterprise. To bring order placement, order history or invoice retrieval into the same workflow, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.
Good to know
Before you start
- Can I use it today?
- Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live CarrierEnterprise traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your CarrierEnterprise account, and start calling the endpoints.
- What if CarrierEnterprise changes or breaks?
- On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
- What does it cost?
- Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
