F.W. Webb API

Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for F.W. Webb, the plumbing, heating and PVF distributor whose catalogue lives at fwwebb.com, for procurement, estimating and field service tools. 4 verified actions list the category tree by department, page through a category, run free-text product search, and return item details singly or in batch, with further actions available on request.

Don't see the action you need?

The actions above cover the most common F.W. Webb integration patterns, but they're not the full picture. Integuru can build additional workflows for any capability the platform exposes. Our Managed Service handles scoping, building, and maintaining custom actions on your behalf, so just let us know what you need.

Guide

F.W. Webb integration guide

Does F.W. Webb have a public API?

F.W. Webb does not publish a customer-facing developer API; its product catalogue, search and item details are served through the signed-in site at fwwebb.com. Integuru's 4 verified actions give your customer login direct HTTP access to the category tree, category browsing, free-text search and item lookup, returned as structured data.

What you can do with the F.W. Webb API

list_categories returns the full category tree or a single department, given as a bare slug like heating or a path like /category/heating. list_category_products walks a category_id from that tree (a HawkSearch numeric id) with a 0-based page and a page_size from 1 to 100, default 24.

search_products takes a query such as 'boiler' or 'copper elbow'. The site only supports fixed page sizes (12, 24, 36, 48, 64, 72, 96), so a requested page_size snaps down to the nearest supported value, and anything above 100 is capped first. get_item_info returns a product by item_number, or a batch through item_numbers with duplicates ignored.

Who uses this

Estimating tools for plumbing and mechanical contractors resolve a takeoff to F.W. Webb item numbers through search_products, then hydrate each line with get_item_info. Procurement platforms keep a category-by-category catalogue mirror fresh with list_categories and list_category_products. Teams that already read CarrierEnterprise or Arrow through Integuru add F.W. Webb under the same auth model and one on-call maintenance contract.

Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against www.fwwebb.com with your F.W. Webb customer user. Page indexes are 0-based on both browsing actions. When you need the largest search page, request a page_size of 96 rather than 100, since 100 snaps down to 96 anyway.

Get started

Install the CLI and connect your F.W. Webb login:

npm install -g integuru

Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add F.W. Webb. To bring branch availability, order placement or order history into the same workflow, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.

Good to know

Before you start

Can I use it today?
Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live F.W. Webb traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your F.W. Webb account, and start calling the endpoints.
What if F.W. Webb changes or breaks?
On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
What does it cost?
Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
