SocialSchedules API
Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for SocialSchedules, the employee scheduling and time clock platform, for hourly-workforce operators and the payroll tools that read from it. 9 verified actions cover the shift grid for a schedule and date range, timecards with status, flag and warning filters, employees with role and position filters, schedules per location, positions, time-off types, locations and the company.

Does SocialSchedules have a public API?
SocialSchedules publishes no developer API. What it documents is scheduling, time off, labor compliance, messaging and payroll export from inside the app, with nothing an operator's engineers can call. Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for SocialSchedules from your own login, with 9 verified actions across the shift grid, timecards, employees, schedules, positions, time-off types, locations and the company record.
What you can do with the SocialSchedules API
The path from a location to its published shifts is three calls, and the timecard export a payroll admin runs every other Friday is one more.
Read the schedule
ss_locations(orlist_locations) returns locations;ss_location_schedulesreturns the schedules for a requiredlocation_id.ss_shift_gridreturns the grid for a requiredschedule_idbetweenstart_atandend_at.
Export timecards
ss_timecardsreturns timecards, defaulting to the last 14 days andcompletedstatus. Setrange_shortcuttoCustomwithstartandendfor an exact window; filter bylocations, positions, schedules, users, flagged, statusandwarnings; page withpageandper_page.
Manage the roster
ss_employeesfilters staff byroles, positions, labels, schedules, rulesets, reqs, a free-textq, and acontextarray covering connection and completeness states.ss_positions,ss_timeoff_typesandss_companyreturn the reference data behind the schedule.
Who uses this
Payroll providers run ss_timecards with range_shortcut set to Custom on each pay period boundary and pull only completed, unflagged cards, removing the CSV step from onboarding. Compliance tools read the warnings on timecards across locations to catch break and overtime issues before payroll closes. Labor analytics products compare the ss_shift_grid against worked time for the same range, and groups with mixed scheduling systems run this page beside HotSchedule, Sling by Toast and 7shifts. The restaurants industry page covers scheduling and payroll as one workflow.
Setup notes
Integuru authenticates against go.socialschedules.com with your SocialSchedules user. Ids are strings resolved from the list actions: location_id from ss_locations, schedule_id from ss_location_schedules. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; ss_timecards converts start to start-of-day and end to end-of-day. Filters that take multiple values are arrays.
Get started
Install the CLI and connect your SocialSchedules login:
npm install -g integuru
Or sign in at app.integuru.com, add SocialSchedules, and call the same 9 actions from the dashboard. For shift writes or time-off approvals, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.
