Esoft API

Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for Esoft, the ES Windows dealer ordering portal at orders.eswindows.co where dealers build and track window and door estimates, for dealer CRMs and job-costing tools. 2 verified actions page through a dealer's estimates and read a single estimate or sales document by ID, with further actions available on request.

The actions above cover the most common Esoft integration patterns, but they're not the full picture. Integuru can build additional workflows for any capability the platform exposes. Our Managed Service handles scoping, building, and maintaining custom actions on your behalf, so just let us know what you need.

Does Esoft have a public API?

Esoft, the ordering portal ES Windows provides to its dealers, does not publish a developer API; estimates and sales documents live behind the dealer login at orders.eswindows.co. Integuru's 2 verified actions give that login direct HTTP access to the estimate list and to any single estimate by ID, returned as structured data.

What you can do with the Esoft API

list_estimates pages through the dealer's estimates and sales documents, 100 per page by default (page_size accepts 1 to 500, page is 1-based). get_estimate takes the numeric estimate_id from that list and returns the document itself. Together they cover the read side of a quote-to-order workflow: list on a schedule, detect new or changed estimates, and pull the detail into your own system.

Who uses this

A dealer quoting windows from several manufacturers ends up with estimates in several portals, and Esoft is one of them. Dealer CRMs pull those estimates into a single pipeline view so a sales manager sees every open quote in one place, and job-costing tools attach the estimate detail to the job before the order ships rather than after the invoice arrives. Teams already reading distributor catalogues from F.W. Webb, CarrierEnterprise or Arrow through Integuru add Esoft for the window and door side with the same login-based setup.

Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against orders.eswindows.co with your dealer user. list_estimates needs no parameters for a first call; every get_estimate call needs an estimate_id taken from that list.

Get started

Install the CLI and connect your Esoft login:

npm install -g integuru

Or sign in at app.integuru.com and add Esoft. To bring estimate creation, order status or shipment tracking into the same workflow, the Managed Service scopes and builds those actions against your account.

Good to know

Before you start

Can I use it today?
Yes. Every action listed above has been verified against live Esoft traffic. Install the CLI or sign in at app.integuru.com, connect your Esoft account, and start calling the endpoints.
What if Esoft changes or breaks?
On Production plans the Integuru team is on call around the clock, with auth auto-healing included, so target-platform changes get fixed by Integuru rather than by your engineers.
What does it cost?
Start on the Free plan at $0/month with 100 API calls/month. Production starts at $499/month with 24/7 on-call maintenance and auth auto-healing.
