Does Labat Food have a public API?

Labatt Food Service does not offer a developer API to its customers. LFOS, its web ordering system, was built in-house as an ordering screen for kitchens, and supplier connections run over EDI. Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for Labat Food from your own LFOS login, with 10 verified actions covering product search, shopping lists, pending orders, inventory counts, transactions, open invoices and rebates.

What you can do with the Labat Food API

An operator in the LFOS portal works from a shopping list, checks what is pending, counts inventory on the distributor's sheet, and pays the statement. The actions cover each screen.

Find products and build the list

• lfos_search_products searches by a required query such as a product name or brand.
• lfos_list_categories and lfos_featured_items return the category tree and the items the distributor is promoting.
• get_shopping_lists returns the saved lists the kitchen orders from.

Track orders and counts

• lfos_pending_orders returns orders placed but not yet delivered.
• lfos_inventory_count returns the active count sheet, or a past one when inventory_date is supplied.

Settle the account

• lfos_billing_statement returns open invoices, filtered by due date with start_date and end_date.
• lfos_transaction_history returns transactions for a date range, lfos_rebate_tracker returns rebate progress, and lfos_account_information returns the account record.

Who uses this

Texas restaurant groups that split purchasing between Labatt and a national distributor pull lfos_billing_statement here and invoices from the US Foods or Performance Food pages into one payables view. Food-cost tools read lfos_inventory_count so the count the kitchen already did on the distributor's sheet is not re-keyed. Procurement agents run lfos_search_products next to the other distributors' searches to compare an item before ordering. Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against the LFOS order entry portal at lfos.cloud.labattfood.com with your Labatt customer user. All date filters use YYYY-MM-DD and are inclusive. lfos_search_products is the only action with a required parameter; the rest run with no arguments and return the account's current state, which makes a first sync a short script.
