Does US Foods have a public API?

US Foods does not publish a developer API for its customers. Supplier integrations run over EDI, and the customer ordering app is a portal with a manual order guide export. Integuru generates a production-ready HTTP API for US Foods from your own customer login, with 15 verified actions covering order guides, pricing, orders, inventory and invoices, so the data your buyers see in the portal is reachable from code.

What you can do with the US Foods API

A kitchen manager places the Tuesday order from the order guide, checks the price on the two items that jumped last week, and later matches the delivery invoice to what was ordered. Each step has an action.

Read the order guide and catalogue

• get_order_guides lists the guides on the account and get_order_guide_items returns the items on them, which is where most product numbers originate.
• search_products and get_product_detail look up products by product_numbers or a single product_number; get_product_categories returns the category tree.

Check prices before you buy

• get_price and get_product_pricing return pricing for an array of product_numbers, and get_product_contracts returns the contract pricing attached to the account.

Track orders and purchases

• get_recent_orders returns orders by invoice date with start_date and end_date filters and include_product_details on by default.
• get_customer_orders requires a date range and pulls orders for one customer_number.
• get_order_history accepts a watermark timestamp and returns only orders updated since, which makes it the right action for a scheduled sync.
• get_recent_purchases and get_inventory round out what the location has bought and what it holds.

Reconcile invoices

• get_invoices pages through invoices with page and page_size, and restrict_to_open narrows to unpaid ones.
• get_customers returns the ship-to directory so a group operator can loop the same calls across every account.

Who uses this

Food-cost platforms pull get_invoices and get_recent_orders to match delivered cases against ordered cases without asking the operator to forward PDFs. Multi-unit operators loop get_customers and get_product_pricing to see the same product priced across every ship-to account. Setup notes

Integuru authenticates against premierfsdo.com with your US Foods customer credentials. A session is scoped to one customer; multi-account operators should call get_customers first and pass customer_number (digits only) explicitly.

For a nightly sync, store the latest ISO 8601 timestamp from each get_order_history run and pass it back as watermark. For a fast product-number-only pull, set include_product_details to false on get_recent_orders. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD throughout.
